Alex uses his passion for data and information management to develop custom modeling frameworks and innovative solutions for clients. He enjoys working with firms to identify best practices for improving business management and redesigning systems to align with strategic goals.  He has a deep knowledge of industry compensation, equity, and succession structures and brings a meticulous eye for resolving complex financial dynamics in each engagement he leads.

Alex has over ten years of experience in quantitative analysis and integrated modeling. He has been published in the Sociological Methods & Research journal for mathematical methods in small group research and maintains an academic interest in Complex Adaptive Systems and Flow. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Arizona State University, where he specialized in the study of collaboration, information management, and creativity at the School of Human Evolution and Social Change. His greatest interest remains in redefining technical challenges across disparate fields to enhance information synthesis.

Alex is a music enthusiast who dedicates a significant portion of his leisure time to improvising, composing, and recording pieces to share on Spotify. He also loves racing on rollerblades and playing bullet chess as often as possible (his favorite opening is the benoni).
