Ryan Staudinger/Consultant

Ryan leads management consulting and M&A engagements for AGS clients, with a focus on compensation, succession, and strategic planning. He has worked extensively on advisor compensation, incentive design, and broader team compensation, helping RIAs build pay structures that reward the behaviors their growth depends on. On the succession side, he works with founders to plan their transition and design the path for next-generation leaders to buy into the firm. Throughout each engagement, he develops client deliverables supported by detailed financial models and data analysis.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University and before joining AGS, Ryan was an operational team lead at a personal lending startup, where he managed several teams of professionals and specialized in designing operational changes that improved business performance.

Ryan stays active with golf, tennis, and hiking, and keeps a long list of hobbies that includes cooking, baking, traveling, chess, and poker. He enjoys spending time with his wife Samantha, their two sons, Liam and Archer, and their three dogs.
