Natalie Fantus/Director of Program Management

Natalie oversees the firm’s project and program portfolio and collaborates with consultants and firm management to build execution ready solutions. She manages the firm’s annual strategic objectives to expand AGS industry offerings and drive implementation with clarity and measurable impact.

Natalie brings deep experience in financial services, with a long track record in the independent investment advisor industry. She has held senior leadership roles at top wealth management firms, guiding enterprise strategy, new offer development, and major firmwide initiatives. Her collective experience, including a leadership role in the TD Ameritrade integration into Charles Schwab, one of the largest post merger integrations in the industry, gives her strong industry insight, a disciplined and forward looking approach, and a collaborative style that helps shape complex programs.

Outside of work, Natalie is an avid traveler who has explored nearly forty countries and often seeks out remote and adventurous destinations. She lives in Arizona with her spouse and their son, who is soon to be a second generation Arizona State University graduate, along with their two dogs.
